Reportedly a special Investigation Team from the Central Bureau of Investigation is in charge of probing the sushant singh rajput death case. The team comprises of top officials from the agency who landed in mumbai on thursday night. The cbi took charge of investigation in the sushant singh rajput death case on august 19, after the supreme Court’s order. There are four elements that will play a crucial role in the cbi investigation: The format of the postmortem report is same throughout the country. The cbi will examine the postmortem report and check if all columns have been filled properly or not. The cbi will also check if the cause of death and injury details have been filled properly. Whether the postmortem was carried out properly or not is a major evidence in the case. After this, the cbi will form its opinion. The videography of postmortem is a crucial element in the investigation and will be checked by the CBI. The doctors of Cooper Hospital, mumbai, who conducted sushant singh Rajput’s postmortem will also be questioned by the CBI.

The cbi will study the Viscera Report, which will tell if sushant singh rajput was poisoned or any substance, or suspicious medicine, was given to him. The Viscera samples are preserved in the lab. Earlier, the mumbai police had stated that the actor’s Viscera Report showed no poison found in sushant singh Rajput’s body. After all of this, everything depends on the opinion of Dr Sudhir Gupta. His opinion will decide whether cbi will treat the sushant singh Rajput’s case as suicide or murder.

The mumbai police told the cbi that after viewing the crime scene, the police was convinced within two days that it was a case of suicide. The mumbai police further said that sushant singh Rajput’s sister, Meetu Singh, who was present in mumbai also did not raise any suspicion. The mumbai police also said that the evidence, statements and the crime scene, all pointed towards a suicide, which is why no FIR was registered and there was no accused in the case. However, the mumbai police was always open to exploring angles and was ready to probe.
