The central government has approved the VIP protection of CRPF commandos' Z Wing to India's richest man adani Group chairman gautam adani, the central government announced on Wednesday. This Z category VIP security is offered to gautam adani all over india on a fee basis. gautam adani is expected to pay around Rs.15-20 lakh per month to the central government for the Z category VIP security service.
Based on the threat report prepared by the central security agencies, 60-year-old India's richest man and the world's 4th richest man, gautam adani, has been given security under the central government list. Many businessmen in india are afforded such high-level protections. Z category protection is 3rd class protection in India.It is noteworthy that mukesh Ambani, chairman of reliance Industries, India's largest conglomerate, was given Z category protection by the CRPF commandos in 2013. A few years after this, mukesh Ambani's wife Nita Ambani was given lower category protection instead of Z category.This Z Section security consists of 3 to 4 CRPF commandos and around 30 police officers, with 33 to 35 security personnel surrounding gautam Adani. Generally, this security is provided by the central government to the important people who face threats to the country's economy and government.Gautam Adani's net worth stood at just $8.9 billion at the end of 2020, with over 2 years of corporate acquisitions and business expansion pushing Adani's net worth to around $134 billion at the end of today's trade.
