Greeting messages empower businesses to send automated messages to users contacting them for the first time. These automated responses support various formats like text, media, and file sharing, allowing for multiple messages.

Additionally, the 'quick replies' feature in Telegram business offers preset responses, enabling users to send one or more messages with a straightforward command in any chat, enhancing convenience.

Furthermore, Telegram users can now effortlessly transform their profiles into detailed business pages, adding essential information such as location and business hours. This feature enables businesses to boost visibility and accessibility, fostering smoother customer interactions, as stated by the company.

Earlier this month, Telegram announced the introduction of nine innovative features in group communication via new updates. The newly introduced features mainly include Boosts for Groups, Stories from Groups, Emoji Status, Covers, Wallpapers, Link Styles, Group Emoji Packs, and Voice-to-Text among other features.

Additionally, Telegram introduced Group Emoji Packs, allowing higher-level groups to choose custom emoji sets for all members, enhancing communication and building group identity.

For members who are a part of boosted groups, Voice-to-Text Transcription ensures seamless communication by providing unlimited transcription for voice and video messages within the group.
