Nashik railway accident: Two expressways canceled, three routes including Rajdhani changed

10 coaches of LTT-Jaynagar Express Derailed Nashik departing from mumbai derailed. Some were injured, while others were still stranded on the train. All traffic on the down route has been disrupted. As a result, some trains have been canceled, while others have been diverted.

Some coaches of Lokmanya Tilak Terminus-Jayanagar Express (Nashik Railway Accident) derailed between Lahavit and Deolali stations near Nashik at around 3:10 pm. The accident happened on the way down. Some were injured, and one died. Rescuers and police have reached the spot and rescue operations are underway. However, the passengers have alleged that they did not get help even after half an hour of the accident. The Railways has informed about the accident on Twitter.
Some trains have been canceled from mumbai railway station due to an accident on the down line. Some trains have been diverted. Panchavati Express and Nandigram Express have been canceled.
Hazrat Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express, Howrah Duranto Express, and Udyog nagari Express have been diverted. Therefore, the citizens traveling by these trains should remember the route of the trains from where they start and end, an appeal has been made on behalf of the Railways.
