600 phone calls and 80 emails... Vatsal got a job at World Bank

Vatsal was looking for a job but due to the recession, many companies were firing their employees.

If you get involved in making something successful with full dedication, then success is almost certain. Today we are going to tell you about one such person who continued his efforts with patience even in bad times and left behind bad times and has achieved great success today. This struggle-filled journey of Vatsal Nahata, a graduate from SRCC, started in 2020 at the time of Kovid-19.

Vatsal was about to complete his graduation from Yale university in America at the time of Kovid-19. Vatsal was looking for a job but due to the recession, many companies were firing their employees. President donald trump also pressured companies to hire only American employees. Vatsal's studies were nearing completion and there was no job. Vatsal wondered what was the use of coming to Yale when he could not get a job in America. Vatsal wanted his first salary to be in dollars.

Vatsal started social networking. After this, he sent more than 1500 job requests, made 600 emails, and made phone calls to about 80 places but he could not be heard from everywhere. After this, he got disappointed but after 2 months Vatsal's hard work paid off and he got 4 job offers simultaneously, out of which he chose the job at World bank and he is now working at international Monetary Fund (IMF). Vatsal says, I have learned a lot in these 2 months and learned 4 very important things firstly in this time I got to know the real power of networking, and secondly that I am in the US as an immigrant I can find my way. Thirdly, the degree of IVY league would take me forward, and fourthly, the time of Kovid-19 was a chance for me to grow.
