
The STF team of Guwahati, assam, under the leadership of STF Special Superintendent of police kalyan Kumar Pathak, raided Bela village of Sikri police station area of Deeg district of rajasthan and arrested a cyber fraudster on friday (May 16) midnight. The cyber fraudster was sending money to pakistan by cheating with a fake mobile SIM card active in Pakistan.
According to the information, the police team of Guwahati, assam, has arrested a person from Bela village of Sikri police station area of Deeg district, who was cheating people by using an active mobile SIM card in pakistan and was sending the money earned from the fraud to Pakistan. police has also recovered a mobile from the possession of the arrested accused. Transaction of Rs 15 crore has also been found from the recovered mobile. The matter is related to national security. With the help of Sikri police station police, assam STF has arrested the accused late at night.
Location of SIM found out
On 25th March, Special Task Force of Guwahati, assam, arrested Sagunmari resident Zakaria ahmed on the basis of input. During interrogation by STF, it was found that SIM seller Zakaria ahmed has sold thousands of fake mobile SIMs. Out of which one mobile SIM has been active in pakistan as well. Security agency became alert as soon as Pakistan's name came up. When the location of the SIM was found out, it was found that the SIM is active in Bela village of Sikri police station area of Deeg district. After that, a team led by SSP kalyan Kumar Pathak of assam STF came to Sikri and arrested siddique son of Dhanna by raiding Bela village. During interrogation, it was revealed that siddique had brought this SIM from Kashmir, this fake SIM has been issued from a fake address in assam, siddique was committing cyber fraud from the same SIM.

Bharatpur Range Inspector General of police Rahul Prakash said that assam STF team has arrested a person from Deeg district in the case of fake SIM and cyber fraud. A transaction of Rs 15 crore was also found from the mobile of accused siddique Mev and the transaction was done to Pakistan. siddique Mev has been arrested, while his two minor sons are the main accused, but they are still absconding. 5 mobiles have also been recovered from the accused, out of which transactions worth about Rs 15 crores have been found in 1 mobile. At present, assam STF is investigating the pakistan connection of the SIM.
