How to Make Homemade Gooseberry Oil

Ingredients:

· 2–3 fresh gooseberries (amla) or 3–4 tbsp dried amla powder

· 1 cup coconut oil (or sesame oil for stronger nourishment)

Method:

1. Wash and dry the fresh gooseberries. If using dried powder, skip this step.

2. crush the gooseberries into a coarse paste.

3. Heat the oil in a pan on low flame.

4. Add the amla paste or powder to the oil.

5. Simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes until the mixture turns slightly brown and aromatic.

6. Allow it to cool, then strain the oil into a clean bottle.

7. Store in a cool, dry place.

How to Use

· Massage 2–3 teaspoons of the oil into your scalp gently.

· Leave it on for at least 1 hour or overnight for better absorption.

· Wash with a mild shampoo.

· Use 2–3 times a week for best results.
