Corona infection - It is noteworthy that tcs had decided to call all the staff to the office from november 15 a few weeks ago as the number of corona infections in india is declining rapidly.

25/25 plan - During the Corona period, tcs has decided to implement the 25/25 plan as per the management. It has set a target of bringing all tcs employees under the 25/25 model by 2025.

Staff working hours - According to the plan, only 25 percent of the total staff at tcs offices will be employed at a time, similarly, an employee will not be required to work in the office for more than 25 percent of the working hours at a time. Thus a large part of the time the employee has to work from home, as well as being forced to come to the office from time to time.

TCS Spokesperson - A tcs spokesman said that only 5 percent of TCS's employees currently work in the office and that they have decided to call staff to the office by december or before the implementation of the 25/25 model plan, also he said that the hybrid model will now be in place at tcs and that both office and remote working will play a key role in the company's future.
