While kavitha is now being questioned by the Enforcement Directorate for her suspected participation in the delhi liquor scam, avinash Reddy is being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the alleged murder of former minister Y S Vivekananda Reddy.

Both of them are well-known political figures because avinash is the first cousin of YSRC president and andhra pradesh chief minister Y S jagan Mohan reddy and kavitha is the daughter of BRS president and telangana chief minister K chandrasekhar Rao. The intriguing discussion now raging on social media is whether kavitha or avinash Reddy would be arrested first.

Avinash had already been detained by the cbi for questioning in connection with the murder of Viveka; in fact, they would have done so earlier had it not been for telangana High court orders that delayed the arrest till Monday.
