A mobile recording video of a petty theft crime at a local retailer shop in san francisco USA has shaken the entire world as we can see a man filling items on a garbage bag and he is least bothered about people recording on their mobiles when he was robbing. In fact, one of the security guards tried to pull that bag when he was moving in the cycle and even that never stopped him and he rode through the front door with utmost calm and composure after stealing the items from Walgreens.

Why this is too easy? Right now, the law of san francisco has completely decriminalized all the small thefts and even police don't have the power to stop or make an arrest if the robbery is worth less than USD 900$. This clearly made a way for the locals to shoplift things from several retail shops and walking out very cool and collected as if they have purchased the items with their hard-earned dollars.

Even though the shoplifting crime in SF has been out of proportion no changes have been made so far in the law. But this petty theft crime has forced several retail shops and some chain stores to be closed down permanently. There has been no solution regarding these small crimes and police are also left without any choice right now.
