Businessman raj Kundra's bail plea was rejected and he was again sent to judicial custody for a span of 14 days by the Killa Court. It should be noted that raj Kundra got arrested by the mumbai Crime Branch Officials on the 19th of July and the officials have filed several cases under relevant sections of the IT Act and also the indian Penal Code. 


Even though, mumbai high court accepted the anticipatory bails of poonam pandey and sherlyn chopra, the bail plea of raj was rejected. The high court also ordered the mumbai police not to take any coercive action until september 20th. However, sherlyn chopra was summoned and she has to make an appearance before the property cell as she was also involved with the porn racket case. 


At the same time, Actor Umesh Kamat has also opened up and he has said in a statement that his name is dragged unnecessarily into raj Kundra's controversy and he is in no way related to this pornographic content and stuff. shilpa shetty is still keeping a low profile and she is not attending any reality show shootings or promoting her recent movie releases. The actress keeps herself under the radar and is maintaining a very low profile right now due to this pornography content.
