Electric vehicles are starting to arrive in two-wheelers and four-wheelers. Each company has embarked on its own planning and recently ola Electric scooters are selling faster like Hotcakes. ola Electric Scooter factory is set up in tamil Nadu at krishnagiri district and already 100,000 vehicles are booked in advance. 


However, Royal Enfield has no plans to bring in electric vehicles immediately. This was stated by siddhartha Lal of Eicher Motors, the parent company of Royal Enfield. Regarding the manufacturing of Electric vehicles, he said, "We have a long-term plan for electric vehicles. A team led by specialized officials has been set up for this purpose and we did some research. 


However, these vehicles will not come to the market in the short term and it will be economically feasible for now. Research work is underway in india and the UK. Royal Enfield's electric vehicle will hit the market in the next four to five years." Royal Enfield manufactures vehicles ranging from 250cc to 750cc and there is always a demand for Royal Enfield Vehicles. Apart from india, Royal Enfield brand bikes are exported to more than 60 foreign countries as there is a huge demand for those bikes, in particular.
