With the rising number of COVID-19 positive cases in the country, actress Khushbu Sundar is the latest member of the indian film industry to contract the fatal coronavirus. The seasoned actress, who was last seen on the huge screen in Rajinikanth's 'Annaatthe,' appears to have diagnosed positive for COVID-19 earlier this morning.


Only yesterday, actors vishnu vishal and sherin Srinagar tested positive. Actress Khushbu appears to have undergone a test after experiencing a runny nose, and it was later proven that she was infected with the fatal coronavirus. Actress Khushbu shared the following on her social media page: "Okay, that's OK. After avoiding the previous two rounds, #Covid finally catches up with me. 

I recently received a positive test result. I felt depressed till last night. I had a runny nose, took a test, and voila! I've gone into seclusion. I despise being alone. So keep me amused for the next five days. If there are any indicators, have them tested." (sic) Since the start of the new year, a lengthy list of film personalities from the tamil and telugu movie studios have come back positive for Covid. Only yesterday, actors vishnu vishal and sherin Srinagar tested positive. Trisha, Thaman, Mahesh Babu, and arun vijay were recently found to be positive.
