Students who have returned from ukraine have petitioned the delhi High court for permission to study in India. students who have been affected by the Russia-Ukraine conflict have returned to India. On behalf of the concerned students, an expatriate law lawsuit has been filed in the delhi High Court. We, the students who have been affected by the ongoing war between russia and ukraine and are experiencing numerous hardships, have now returned to India, according to the petition.

In India, there are currently no restrictions in place to allow us to enrol in medical schools. More than 20,000 students are unable to complete their education at this time. As a result, those of us who have been affected by the conflict and have returned should demand that the central government and the National Medical Council allow us to resume our studies in indian Medical Colleges where we have fallen behind.

Granting such exceptional permission in the run-up to war will protect not only India's essential policy as a government for the benefit of the people, but also the right to life, justice, equality, and equality entrenched in the Constitution. According to the petition. The petition is set to be heard on the 21st of this month. The affected students are hoping that if an order is given on this case, medical students from tamil Nadu who have returned from ukraine will benefit as well.
