A prisoner held in a london jail confronts several obstacles as he attempts to reconcile with his ill daughter.

Mission Chapter 1 contains numerous well-crafted and whistle-worthy, but mostly over-the-top battle moments that wonderfully elevate its star, Arun Vijay. It also helps that the actor possesses a stoic screen persona, which aids in properly conveying these scenes onscreen. He is up against the antagonist, portrayed by Bharat Bopanna, who certainly possesses the dominant physical required for the part, but the job requires him to look fiercely at the camera.

The sequence in which Arun Vijay's Gunasekaran dons his action hero shoes and beats up the thugs to demonstrate to the viewers that he is no ordinary guy is one of those supposed-to-be-mass moments required for an actioner like Mission Chapter 1. When a man yells 'You bloody Indian' at our hero, we know what's going to happen. His inner mass hero will emerge, and he will undoubtedly defeat the thugs on his own. However, the scene works far better on film, and gv prakash Kumar's thrilling music contributes significantly to this feeling.

Having said that, Mission Chapter 1 is an action film with a typical structure and a competent cast, except Amy Jackson, who seems out of place. Unfortunately, aside from Arun Vijay, all of the other actors, including the dependable Nimisha Sajayan and Iyal (the go-to kid performer in contemporary tamil films), are relegated to the background.

Overall, An Action Extravaganza where arun vijay Delivers his Best
