A strange scenario exists within the congress PARTY' target='_blank' title='ysr congress-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>ysr congress party. While party leaders are eager for party tickets to fight the assembly polls, few are interested in contesting the lok sabha elections. So far, jagan has decided on candidates for 10 lok sabha seats out of 25. Some existing MPs, such as margani bharat from Rajahmundry, v v SATYANARAYANA' target='_blank' title='m v v satyanarayana -Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>m v v satyanarayana from Visakhapatnam, goddeti madhavi from Araku, and Talari Rangaiah from Anantapur, were unwilling to run for lok sabha seats again and were relocated to assembly seats.

Others, such as Gorantla madhav and Dr sanjeev Kumar, were dismissed since they had little chance of winning, while tirupati mp M Gurumurthy, who wanted to run for mp again, was transferred to the Satyaveedu assembly constituency, much to his dismay.

Others have been moved from assembly to lok sabha constituencies, notwithstanding their lack of interest.

For example, Gummanuru jayaram was transferred from the Aluru constituency to the kurnool lok sabha seat, but he has no intention of contesting. jagan is now seeking for another candidate, most likely kurnool Mayor B Y Ramaiah, who might be awarded the ticket.

The YSRCP president had to brainstorm extensively for the Narsaraopet lok sabha seat since he intended to field a bc candidate. Finally, he is said to have requested former minister from nellore Anil Kumar Yadav to run from there, but he is likewise not interested.

Despite the fact that current mp Magunta Srinivasulu reddy is willing to run, jagan refuses to offer him a ticket because he cannot find a suitable candidate. He is now enlisting chandragiri MLA chevireddy bhaskar Reddy to run from Ongole.

Jagan is also having difficulty selecting the suitable candidate in Anakapalle, since current mp B v Satyavathi has expressed no interest in running again. He allegedly encouraged industries minister gudivada amarnath, who is now an Anakapalli MLA, to run for MP. However, he is not interested, thus the name Peela Rama Kumari is being explored.

Even businessman Chalamalasetty Sunil, who is expected to be the YSRCP candidate for Kakinada, is believed to be reluctant to run because he has already lost the seat three times.

Following Bharat's withdrawal, the party may choose Dr Guduru srinivas as the candidate from Rajahmundry.

Following Balashowry's resignation, the party in machilipatnam is trying to select a suitable candidate. Finally, jagan is left with little choice except to recruit former minister Perni nani for the LS seat.
