Chief minister Y.S. jagan Mohan reddy was still being cheered on by sizable crowds along the Memantha Siddham bus yatra route in the area. On Monday, the fifth day of the yatra began at the Sanjeevapuram campground in Bathalapalli mandal, which is part of the satya Sai district's dharmavaram assembly sector.

On Sunday, the chief minister spent easter in Sanjeevapuram without attending any engagements. As the CM's yatra continued, leaders of the Opposition TD and other parties continued to harbour internal dissension.

After receiving assurances from the TD high command that he would be fielded in the assembly polls, a DSP resigned from his position. The DSP was dismayed when TD president chandrababu naidu broke the promise.

At the Sanjeevapuram campground during the yatra, he joined the YSRC in front of the Chief Minister.

With the expectation that Venugopal would receive the party ticket for the puttaparthi assembly seat, the TD had pushed him to join; nevertheless, the party chose to field Palle Raghunath Reddy's daughter-in-law, a former minister.

In the presence of jagan Mohan reddy at Sanjeevapuram, Potta Purushottam reddy, Potta Mallikharjuna reddy, and the former ZPTC of Amadagur Mandal also joined the YSRC.

In addition, state vice president Ansar Ahmed, TD leader Chandra Dandu, and former MPP V. Hanok from the Hindupur seat joined the YSRC in front of the chief minister.

The reaction to the bus yatra from Sanjeevapuram to kadiri town was outstanding. To welcome the cm, thousands of people flocked to each village.

Huge throngs of party cadres and members of the public flooded the road, delaying traffic across Mudigubba Mandal headquarters for almost thirty minutes while they encouraged the chief minister to continue.

At Mudigubba, the chief minister got off the bus, mingled with the locals, and posed for a photo with a lady who had a skin condition.

Posting this, he said, "These are my star campaigners."

The bus yatra passed by the Mudigubba mandal headquarters before arriving at kadiri municipality, where residents turned on their cell phones in solidarity with the YSRC and its administration.

Jagan Mohan reddy was present at the PVR function hall Iftar, which was hosted by the local Muslims.

The leaders emphasised the government's support for minorities during the last five years and the maintenance of 4% reservations in their appeal for Muslims to back the YSRC.
