Chennai: Today at the chennai Secretariat, tamil Nadu chief minister M.K. stalin awarded incentive grants to the state’s talented carrom players and lauded their achievements.

During the event, chief minister stalin appreciated the dedication and hard work of the players who have brought recognition to tamil Nadu through their performances in carrom competitions. He remarked, “These remarkable achievements not only honor your personal efforts but also contribute to enhancing the profile of sports in tamil Nadu. The government will always support and encourage you in your sporting journey.”

The incentive grants provided to the carrom players serve as recognition of their accomplishments and are intended to motivate them for future competitions. Such support aims to ensure that athletes continue to excel while preparing for higher-level tournaments.

Several players also shared their experiences and expressed gratitude for the recognition and support from the government. They mentioned that the incentive grants and the Chief Minister’s appreciation would serve as a significant boost to their morale and commitment to the sport.
