Hafiz Saeed, notorious as one of India's most wanted terrorists, currently finds himself in critical condition, reportedly admitted to an ICU in a hospital in Pakistan. news of his deteriorating health sparked various reactions on social media platforms, with users expressing diverse perspectives on the situation.

@HemanNamo's post on microblogging platform X indicated the severity of Saeed's condition, mentioning that he had vomited blood and was undergoing treatment in the ICU. On the same platform, @Shruthiey, from an account named @Congress_Indira, speculated that Saeed had been poisoned by an unknown assailant, leading to his hospitalization. 


This post carried strong political undertones, contrasting the treatment of terrorists during Congress's era with that under narendra Modi's leadership. Another user, @SaffronDelhite, suggested a connection between Saeed and certain indian journalists and politicians, alleging that journalist Barkha Dutt and rahul Gandhi's congress had affiliations with the terrorist leader.


Hafiz Saeed, known as the leader of Pakistan-based terrorist organizations Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jamaat-ud-Dawa, gained infamy for his alleged role as the mastermind behind the 2008 mumbai terrorist attacks. During these attacks, 10 Lashkar terrorists from pakistan conducted a series of coordinated shootings and bombings in mumbai, resulting in the deaths of 166 individuals and injuries to around 300 others. 


Saeed's involvement in these heinous acts has made him a target of intense scrutiny and condemnation both within india and internationally.
