The film Bhool Chook Maaf, which stars Rajkummar Rao, has taken an unexpected turn only one day before its major theatrical premiere. The film's creators abruptly revealed that on May 16, it will be available only on amazon Prime Video instead of in theaters.
 
Everyone in the film industry, particularly distributors and theater owners, has been taken aback by this abrupt move. Promotions were going strong, tickets were selling quickly, and advance reservations had already begun. Everything was in place—until this sudden action.

The production company stated that they had to postpone the theatrical premiere due to "sensitive conditions in the country."  However, a lot of people in the sector are doubting this.  Despite some scary news reports recently, movie theaters in india are still operating smoothly.
 
Distributors are now upset and dissatisfied since they had arranged shows and struck deals.  Many had thought that this movie would revive the box office.  Refund procedures for previously sold tickets are currently in progress.
 
Many in the business are dissatisfied and perplexed by Bhool Chook Maaf's decision to go from a theater release to an over-the-top (OTT) launch with only hours to go before its debut.
