Investors lost lakhs of crores of money. The reason for this is that foreign investment companies have withdrawn a large amount of money from the indian stock market. In this context, foreign investment companies have started invading india again. In just 5 trading days from june 23 to june 27, foreign investors have invested Rs 13,107.54 crore in the indian market. This information has come out through data released by NSDL. This has caused great joy among investors who have invested in the stock market. When the stock markets closed on june 27, the Nifty 50 had closed at 25,632.25 points. The Nifty 50 has risen by 692 points in a week, while the Sensex has risen by 2,324 points in a week and closed at 84,302 points on Friday. If foreign investment companies are coming forward to invest in the indian stock market, it means that they have regained confidence in the indian stock market. This can also be said to be a major reason why the indian stock market has been on the rise for the past few days.
As long as the investment of foreign investment companies increases, the indian stock market will still be on a growth path. There is a chance of gradually reaching its old peak. Recently, the Central reserve bank of india reduced the repo rate by 0.50 basis points. This has increased the confidence that the country's economy will grow. This has also led to foreign investment companies coming back to India. Strong macroeconomic indicators in india and information such as inflation being under control have made foreign investment institutions trust indian companies to invest. The timely start of the monsoon, increasing consumption among the people, and various infrastructure projects being undertaken by the central and state governments have also increased the confidence of investors and investment institutions. In the last six months, it was in May that foreign investment institutions invested the most in the indian stock market. Foreign institutions and investors have invested a total of Rs. 19, 860 crore in the indian stock market with confidence in May. Foreign investment institutions withdrew Rs. 34,000 crore in january and Rs. 78,000 crore in February. indian stock markets saw a big decline during this period.
