Mohammed Shami's divorce case in the calcutta High court has taken a significant turn for the worst.  The famous cricket player has been ordered by the court to provide his separated wife Hasin Jahan and daughter Aaira with maintenance payments of Rs 4 lakh per month.  The order stipulates that the daughter will receive Rs 2.50 lakh per month, while Hasin Jahan will be required to pay Rs 1.50 lakh.  This sum will be assessed starting seven years in the past.  The case must be decided by the lower court within six months.   The 'Protection Of women From Domestic Violence' legislation provided the legal basis for the lawsuit.

Mohammed shami and his daughter Aaira had a tearful meeting last year.  The father-daughter pair was spotted shopping together after the indian cricket team star finally met his daughter.  "When I finally met her after a lengthy absence, time seemed to stop.  "Bebo," shami wrote on Instagram, "I love you more than words can express."  In barely over an hour, the post received over 1.60 lakh likes. Hasin Jahan, Shami's estranged wife, then made some grave accusations about the encounter.

The sole purpose is to flaunt oneself. The passport of my daughter is no longer valid. The new passport needs to be signed by Shami. She went to see her father for that reason, but shami refused to sign.  He accompanied her daughter to a mall.  He took her to the business that shami promotes.  That store sold clothing and shoes to my daughter.  If shami purchases something there, he is not required to pay. She was taken there for that reason. "He didn't buy my daughter the guitar and camera she requested," Hasin Jahan told anandabazar.com.

"My daughter is never asked about by Shami. Shami's only concern is himself. He didn't post anything when he first met her, which was only a month ago. According to the article, Hasin Jahan continued, "I believe he uploaded this video because there was nothing else to post at this time."
