Dream 11 Company said that employees are not able to enjoy their time or relax due to frequent work-related calls, text messages, and emails during their holidays. To prevent this, the company has come up with a policy called UNPLUG. Under the UNPLUG policy, it has ensured that employees who are on leave are truly on leave. Dream 11 wants employees to enjoy their personal time with their family, friends, and refreshments. If an employee is contacted for any query, he/she will have to pay a fine of Rs 1 lakh, the company said. Dream 11 said that this rule applies to everyone, including senior management.While companies in western countries have improved employee welfare and working environment to a great extent, most companies in india do not care about employee welfare.
