A key development has occurred in the case of the purchase of trs MLAs. The telangana high court has granted bail to Ramachandra Bharti nandakumar Simhaji, who is the main accused in the case of baiting trs MLAs. They were granted conditional bail. The high court has issued directions to appear before the SIT every Monday. It suggested that the accused should pay a surety of Rs.3 lakh for bail. Also, two sureties should be given. Also, the three should surrender their passports at the police station.

On the other hand, two cases have been registered against Ramachandra Bharti at banjara hills police Station in Hyderabad. The police have registered two cases against him for allegedly possessing a fake Aadhaar PAN card driving license and a fake passport. Although the high court has granted bail, it seems that there is a possibility that he will be detained by the banjara hills police in these cases. Also, five cases have been registered against nandakumar at banjara hills police Station. The police have already registered cases of intimidation against him in connection with the lease of Deccan Kitchen in Filmnagar under different sections.

In one case, nandakumar was taken into custody and remanded. On the other hand, Dushyant Dave, the lawyer representing the Kesani government, stated that the case of buying MLAs in the high court is a serious crime. If there is no connection with BJP, they should cooperate with the investigation. He claimed that he would file a petition on behalf of the accused as if he had nothing to do with the BJP. To this extent, his arguments were heard in the telangana High Court.
