If they gossip in school, they will be transferred to the border area. He expressed displeasure over this and ordered an immediate investigation. He directed to transfer the guilty teachers to the border area.

On the other hand, a teacher told the Additional Chief Secretary of the education Department that he was lured with a desired posting by giving him Rs 70,000. On this, Dr. siddharth clarified that now the transfer process is completely automated and based on coded software. Neither the DEO, nor the teacher nor any other person can interfere in it. This is cyber fraud, so be cautious.
Salary deduction during medical leave will not be tolerated
On the other hand, on the complaint of Gopalganj teacher radhika Sharma, the Additional Chief Secretary clarified that it is wrong to stop salary during medical leave, unless it is a 'no pay leave'. Salary payment will be ensured in all valid leaves. Instructions were also given to the concerned officials for investigation.
A citizen of Madhubani complained that many seats of Tola Sevak and Markaz Sevak are vacant, but reports of zero vacancy are being sent to the department, due to which the reinstatement process is getting hampered.
