1 cup barley, 8 cups water, 1 lemon (juice), 1 tablespoon honey, cinnamon,

Ginger.

Put both cinnamon and ginger into the water and add the prepared barley to the water bring this mixture to a boiling state for at least 30 minutes. Then just drain the water from it. Now you can add honey or lemon juice to this drink as per your taste.
