How to register for the Booster vaccine in India..?

As a precautionary measure against corona, the federal government has announced that booster vaccination will begin tomorrow (January 10) in India. These are to be paid in the first phase to health and frontline workers, over 60 years of age. people may be confused as to whether to put covisheild or covaxin in this booster vaccine. In this case, it is advisable to get the same vaccine as before. Those who have injected the covisheild with the first two vaccines should also select the covisheild in the third dose currently being administered.
Similarly, those who have injected covaxin with the first two vaccines should choose covaxin over the third dose currently being administered. According to Dr. VK Paul, a member of the Finance Commission (Health), covisheild recipients receive covisheild and covaxin recipients covaxin. Eligible people who have also taken two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine can go directly to any vaccination center and receive the booster vaccine. Registration for the Govt-19 vaccine for health workers, frontline workers, and those over 60 years of age began yesterday (Saturday) evening at the Cowin site.

Vikas Sheel, Additional Secretary and Executive director of the National health Movement (NHM) tweeted saying that the Reservation application for vaccination for HCWs / FLWs and citizens over 60 has been launched at Co-WIN. Visit http://cowin.gov.in to book a vaccine. Vaccination bookings can be made online and offline.
Vaccination will be given based on the date of the second dose registered in the Co-WIN system (9 months i.e. 39 weeks from the date of taking the second dose). Those who qualify for further booster vaccination will be reminded by sending text messages.
