Home remedies to treat Dry Cough in winter!!!


In winter many people have a persistent sore throat and many people complain of dry cough. This soreness does not go away quickly, it happens with the change of weather. If the soreness remains for a week or two, then it is a matter of serious concern. No matter how many times you take the syrup, and take medicines, but there will be no relief in cough and soreness. In such a situation, you should adopt some home remedies.


You can drink orange juice mixed with 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and a pinch of black pepper.

If you want, you can drink or consume one spoonful of honey mixed with lukewarm water daily at night.

Ginger has antimicrobial properties, which help in curing dry cough. 

Ghee has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which keep the throat soft. If you eat black pepper powder mixed with ghee, you will get relief from a dry cough.

Tulsi decoction is beneficial in both sore throat and cough. Keep boiling water for a long time by adding basil leaves and then add jaggery and drink it.

Ginger tea is beneficial, apart from this, keep a piece of ginger under the jaw at night so the juice will go inside, and it will stop coughing.

Avoid eating cold things and cold water.

Anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties are found in turmeric, by consuming it your throat infection will end.
