Akkineni nagarjuna today morning took to his twitter handle to request his friends and fans to donate plasma for the needy. He shared about an organization named ‘T-Hope’ that works in collecting and donating plasma for the needy. ‘T-Hope’ is a non-profit organization that advocates and promotes the holistic development of society through community-led actions.

During this Corona crisis, this organization has stepped forward to help bridge the gap between plasma donors and recipients and support the patient families in reaching the donors quickly to save their lives.

Nagarjuna in support of the organization tweeted saying, “Friends, Save lives in these unprecedented times by donating plasma. All recent Covid recovered; Join the initiative by T-Hope & help make a difference.”

He gave up a call to all his fans and friends requesting them to be part of this initiative by T-Hope. The organization has a tagline “Volunteer for change” which says Donate plasma save life.

Coming to the plasma donation, anyone who has recovered from COVID-19 can help patients who are currently undergoing treatment for COVID by donating them the plasma which contains antibodies that help the immune system to fight the virus. Anyone between the ages of 18-60 of age are eligible to donate their plasma.
