She has recently, uploaded a video on her instagram with some helpful tips to ensure a healthy state of mind during the pandemic.
“It’s a shitty time.. yeah I know.. with the amount of fear, uncertainty, anxiety and sadness, our mental is taking one heck of a beating! Well… it’s important to take care of our mental health, especially if your isolating alone, here are some tips to help you get through it. And I’m gonna try to keep entertaining you guys on my insta as much as I can! Lets stay strong and positive,” she wrote in the caption to the video. She says:
- Don’t be hard on yourself
- Find a hobby and refrain from overdose of information
- Stay active, find an activitythat makes you active
- Its normal to put on weight during lockdown, don’t beat yourself up over it
- Its ok if you didn’t pick up a new skill as long as you are healthy that’s what matters
- Social interaction is important
- Do not ignore your feelings.
