Shahid Kapoor has revealed that Nani’s performance in jersey had inspired the bollywood star to do Jersey.
Shahid Kapoor is one of the prominent bollywood stars. He has acted in a bunch of films and have provided some excellent roles like that in Padmaavat, kabir singh and Haider to stand as an example to his immaculate acting ability. He is currently acting in the remake of Nani’s jersey in hindi and the movie has been confirmed for diwali release which earlier was slated for christmas release.
Being so, the actor had a chat session with his fans on twitter yesterday. One of the fans questioned about his opinion on Nani. shahid kapoor replied “I think nani did an amazing job in jersey. He made me cry. So I would say he inspired me to do jersey”.
As said by the actor, Nani’s performance in jersey was truly remarkable. nani literally lived as ‘Arjun’ in the film. It’s indeed surprising how he wasn’t awarded a national award for the performance.
Bollywood’s jersey stars shahid kapoor and Mrunal Thakur in the lead roles. Pankaj Kapur plays a pivotal role in the movie being directed by gowtam Tinnanauri, the original director himself. Sachit-Parampara duo is composing the music for the movie. geetha Arts, dil raju Productions and sithara Entertainment are jointly producing the movie.
