For the uninitiated, Kajal and her husband Gautam Kitchlu welcomed a son, Neil Kitchlu, on May 19, 2022, and have since been busy with their parental responsibilities. However, the actress discussed experiencing mom's guilt in a recent interview and recalled her challenging times.

Neil Aggarwal, Kajal Aggarwal's infant son, became four months old on august 19, 2022, and his adoring mother shared a sweet and cuddly photo with him to wish him. The image showed Kajal tenderly caressing her infant boy's hands, and it completely warmed our hearts. The devoted mother wrote a touching note to wish her son beside it.

Kajal Aggarwal discussed her pregnancy and her work during her pregnancy in a heart-to-heart interview with actress neha dhupia for the Freedom To Feed campaign. The actress revealed that she continued to work from home for the first 40 days after giving birth to her son, Neil. She said, "I continued to work while pregnant. I had a tonne of obligations that I needed to fulfil. When he was born, my mother took control of my life and for the first 40 days I was not allowed to leave the house, but I continued to work. I was attempting to plan and speed up the process in my thoughts. I was filming in my mother's home while the infant was in the adjacent room. So, everything has been worked through. I'm happy I did."
