Atlee on Jawan 2 : Film director Atlee's bollywood debut 'Jawaan' has broken many earning records.
Atlee on Jawan 2: Amidst the tremendous success of 'Jawaan', the film's director atlee has made it clear that he will make the second part of the film as well. In an interview, atlee has said that he will definitely bring 'Jawaan 2', even if it takes some time. He has also said that he will also do the sequel of the film with Shahrukh Khan. However, atlee has refused to give any date yet.
As a director, atlee has made blockbuster films like raja Rani, Theri, mersal and bigil in the South Film Industry. He also made a explosive debut in bollywood with 'Jawaan'. Amidst the tremendous success of 'Jawaan', atlee has talked about its sequel in an interview with Pinkvilla. On the question of discussing Jawan 2 with Shahrukh, atlee said, 'Every film of mine has an open ending. It is the same with the youth also. Although I have never thought of making a sequel to the film. Still, the idea of making a sequel to 'Jawaan' is definitely on my mind. Whenever a good idea comes I will make a part two. I may come up with a sequel to 'Jawaan' now or later. I can't give any timeline right now but yes, one day I will definitely bring a sequel to Jawan.

Shahrukh Khan's lead role film 'Jawaan' has completed 10 days at the box office on Saturday. 'Jawaan' has crossed the Rs 700 crore mark worldwide till Saturday. The total earning of the film is Rs 735 crore in 10 days. Talking about the domestic box office, the total collection of 'Jawaan' released on 7th september at the domestic box office in 10 days is Rs 440 crore.
