According to insiders, dhanush recently spent almost 10 hours shooting near a rubbish dump in mumbai for this film. He plays the character of a beggar in it. Apparently, the asuran performer didn't even wear a mask to convey the true feelings. Such is his passion to the craft.
Kubera is directed by Shekhar Kammula. Akkineni nagarjuna plays the second lead in the film. rashmika mandanna plays the female lead. This is Kammula's debut project with all three actors.
