As a stringent health advocate, her inspiring training videos serve as a constant reminder to prioritize self-care. On tuesday morning, the actress posted a mirror picture from a gym facility on her instagram Stories. The photo demonstrated that midweek blues and blazing summer heat presented no threat to her training program.
 

Malavika was dressed in a black sports bralette and track leggings, complete with a color-coded headgear. Her washboard abs were on full show, demonstrating the intensity of her training sessions. malavika was set to begin her training program, with the treadmill behind her and heavyweights in front. A treadmill-dumbbell workout mix enhances muscle growth, boosts bone density, promotes weight reduction, and lowers the risk of heart disease.

Malavika Mohanan recently shared a sneak peak inside her upper body exercise. She decided on a bent-over cable workout. Holding resistance bands for support, she squatted and repeatedly tugged the equipment straps. The workout strengthens your shoulder blade muscles and spine, which promotes good posture and helps you lose weight.
 

Explaining why workouts are an important part of her life, malavika wrote, “Watching my own strength and resilience increase gradually and to watch my body now do things which in the past have felt seemingly impossible makes me realise the power of ‘one day at a time' and how the only 2 things you need (which are also the hardest) are consistency and discipline to grow in pretty much anything you set out to do. P.S.: My pink shoes motivate me to work out.”
