What is Amaran?

Amaran means indestructible. Who is the original Amaran in this collection? On april 25, 2014, around 5 pm, the army received information that terrorists were hiding in a village in the Chelabian district of Kashmir. Since it is a civilian area, the Rashtriya Rifles squad of 44 soldiers led by a Tamilian was there to carry out the operation with utmost care. Knowing that the indian army was approaching them, the terrorists started attacking. But in return, not a single shot was fired from the indian army towards the terrorists. The Major waited quietly. The operation must be completed before dark. Realizing that otherwise, the enemy would escape, the Major crawled and reached the quarters where the enemy was hiding. The next moment the order was issued, the army started raining bombs on the enemy. As a result, the area itself became a war zone.
The Major then threw a grenade and knocked down the first enemy. While moving towards the remaining two, vikram Singh, the Major's friend and fellow soldier, fell to the ground with a bullet in his jaw. There was no time to weep at the loss of a friend's life before his eyes. Mukund advanced towards those enemies with great anger and defeated the second enemy as well. There is only one left. As the clock neared 6 pm, the Major, who was moving towards the direction of the enemy's gunfire, the next moment went face-to-face with him and shot him in the head. That last terrorist is empty. The Major falls on his knees as his colleagues wait to welcome the Major who has successfully completed the operation, where they have arrived earlier.

Who is this Mukund Varadarajan?

During the attack on the enemy, the Major's body was shot in three places. But Major has fought with the enemies and won by bearing all that. His teammates rushed him to the hospital. But on the way Major's life was lost. Major Mukund Varadarajan from tamil Nadu is the hero who successfully completed the operation and died for the country. His life has been filmed in the name of Amaran. Mukund was born on april 12, 1983 in Kozhikode, kerala to Varadarajan and Geetha. Although born in kerala, he completed his schooling and college in Chennai. Mukund was commissioned as a lieutenant in the army in 2006 and was promoted to captain in 2008. Subsequently, Mukund married his longtime girlfriend Indu Rebecca Varghese in 2009.

In 2011, the couple had a baby girl named Azreya. It was when he was moving to the next stage in his work and personal life that the turning point in Major Mukund's life came. Mukund Varadarajan was appointed as Major in 2012 in Shopian district which is considered as a troubled area of Jammu and Kashmir. It was during this period that Major Mukund successfully completed an important operation. On june 5, 2013, a 44-member Rashtriya Rifles force led by Major Mukund encircled the terrorists hiding in Janj Bukar, Kashmir. Mukund cleverly waited until the enemy started the attack and their guns ran out of ammunition, then went with his army and hunted them down. The operation was a success. It was the sharp decision-making of Major Mukund who calculated the size of the enemy's forces and weapons and thought decisively which helped in the successful completion of this operation.


During this attack, Major Mukund had also captured some important objects, and after testing them, some information was obtained from them. The news is that terrorists are staying in a village in Shopian district. Following this incident, Major Mukund died a hero's death in an attack the following year after completing the operation successfully. The body of this tamil, whom india admires, was brought to chennai and cremated in Besant nagar with full military honors with 42 gunshots. Major Mukund Varadarajan was conferred the country's highest award, the ashok Chakra, in honor of his death. Major Mukund Varadarajan's romantic wife Indu received the award from the then President pranab mukherjee at the Republic Day function in 2015. This movie Amaran is based on the life of Major Mukund Varadarajan, who was involved in heroic deeds and died a heroic death. The movie stars Sivakarthikeyan as Mukund Varadarajan and sai pallavi as Indu. Produced by Kamal Haasan, the film is directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy. gv prakash Kumar has composed the music for the film. The film will hit the screens on october 31st on the occasion of Diwali.
