She explained her step-by-step approach to achieving this milestone:

Warm-up: Shoulder, wrist, and back mobilization with arm circles, scapular pull-ups, and band pull-aparts.

Strengthening: Building muscles in advance with lat pull-downs, dumbbell curls, and core-focused planks.

Assisted Pull-Ups: Using resistance bands or weights, along with slow negative pull-ups.

Full Pull-Ups: Progressing to unassisted reps.


Soha stressed that fitness is a personal journey, encouraging people to celebrate small milestones.

Her next goal is to complete 8 unassisted pull-ups, possibly adding weights later.
