After their respective disastrous movies Agnyaathavaasi and Jai Lava Kusa, director Trivikram Srinivas and hero Jr NTR have joined hands for the first time in their careers, for the faction backdrop entertainer Aravindha Sametha veera Raghava which has released today amidst humongous expectations. Here's team AP Herald's exclusive first on net Aravindha Sametha review.


The film begins with the faction war between Basi Reddy (Jagapathi Babu) and Naga Babu, and Naga babu's son Veera Raghava arrives to witness the huge chaos the warring factions have generated in the village. As Veera Raghava decides to move away from faction, he gets to meet Aravindha (Pooja Hegde) and Sunil, and Veera Raghava falls for Aravindha, belonging to the opposite end of the faction war. Now Veera Raghava has to face Basi Reddy, and his son( Naveen Chandra)'s wrath, and was Veera Raghava able to overcome the factionists and their rage, and win the hands of his love Aravindha is what Aravindha Samedha is all about. 


As always, Jr NTR delivers a mighty performance and his towering screen presence and powerful dialogue delivery are an asset to the movie. Tarak is a ball of fire when it comes to expressing emotions, and this time around he has delivered a controlled and restrained act with subtle underplay. Pooja Hegde looks pretty and plays a role with minimal scope with elan. and does her part fairly well. Jagapathi Babu is menacing, and oozes violence and evilness, while Naga Babu is a perfect foil for him. Sunil returns to a supporting role and is adequate, while Eesha Rebba in a simple role is cast well.

Thaman's background score is massy and elevates many sequences to a different level, while of his songs, Peniviti, Reddy Ikka Soodu, Anaganaga are the pick of the lot and are hum worthy. P.S Vinod's stunning, top notch cinematography makes sure Aravindha Samedha's rustic faction milieu is captured with all its raw violent essence and the movie's songs are shot colorfully. Naveen Nooli's editing could have been taut as several conversational episodes are dragged.

Trivikram Srinivas, the Maatala Mantrikudu, who had faced the biggest failure of his career earlier this year with the much expected silver jubilee flick of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan, Agnyaathavaasi is back on screen yet again this time with Tarak Jr NTR, for Aravindha Sametha, Faction backdrop mass movies are a common phenomenon in Tollywood and this time, Trivikram sets a love story at the backdrop of it, with a  mass hero like Jr NTR offering a mass plus class performance. With ultimate elevation sequences and powerful lines elevating heroism and offering treat for fans, trivikram has weaved a neat screenplay this time, utilizing the image of Jr NTR well, and catering to his fans. While the first half moves at a brisk pace, the second half despite drags at places, moves eventfully, and has lots of twists, engaging the audience,despite a predictable premise, and entertains. With powerful performances, strong technical aspects, and some good dialogues and a fairly engaging screenplay, Trivikram offers a decent entertainer with Aravindha Sametha.
