Dubai sources have stated that an Indian mechanic turned businessman owns 22 incredible apartments in Dubai's Burj Kalifa and George V Nereaparambil has said he is not stopping at 22 and will continue to buy more if he gets a "good deal".
It was stated that the Kerala born is believed to be one of the largest private owners within the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest structure and his stake in the property has come about when a relative teased him about the 828-metre building.

Nereaparambil, who has helped his father trade cash crops and has made money from waste at the age of 11, then went about setting up the beginnings of his now mini empire, GEO Group of Companies and has added that people in his hometown used to trade cotton, but they would throw away the cotton seeds and not many people knew at that time that he could make gum from those seeds.
He has told that sifting through the dirt and sand to gather up the disregarded seeds, he has said he would often make a "90 per cent profit selling them on" and he would do the same with tamarind seeds too and would sell the empty shells on as cattle feed.
