In 2020 march india suffered a complete lockdown for about 2 months. Thus we overcome the spread of it. Now in 2021 march again it started spreading rapidly. Is it the second wave?

No, it may not be the second wave. During this one year, we got gradual relaxation in every walks of life. Now everything is getting back to normalcy. Mobility of people by all means of transport is possible, gathering in all functions, public meetings and rallies are allowed with few restrictions. Places of worship such as Temples, Churches, Mosques, etc are open for the devotees. cinema houses, bars, clubs, and pubs are open. Recently the indian Railways decided to attach general coaches in the trains. We have aslo witnessed elections for panchayath, state assemblies and by-elections in the many parts of our country.

The virus was inactive during the strict era, which lasted until the end of last year, so it couldn't spread. However, as more and more relaxing was introduced, so did the level of negligence. As a result, it began to spread quickly. For safety, people only wore masks and used hand sanitizers. This is still overlooked in many places. We will undoubtedly pay the price if we continue to act in this manner.
