In what can be called as setback to the proposed party by Kiran Kumar Reddy, most of the Seemandhra ministers in the cabinet who earlier had assured him of support in case launches a political party, have now reportedly decided to stay with Congress. Ganta Srinivasa Rao and S Sailajanath, who were seen as Kiran's confidants till now apart from Anam Ramnarayana Reddy, Raghuveera Reddy and Kanna have announced that they will not join Kiran if he quits the Congress party to float his own outfit. Yesterday though some of them were reportedly invited by the CM to his camp office to discuss the future course of action but none turned up even as ministers like Bala Raju and C Ramachandraiah have even started criticizing Kiran for his political ambitions. Only Pithani Satyanarayana, Vijayarama Raju, Partha Sarathi and Maheedhar Reddy are remaining in the Kiran camp while TG Venkatesh and Erasu Pratap Reddy are in talks with the Telugu Desam Party along with Ganta Srinivasa Rao and his team of MLAs who are also in negotiations with the TDP, along with Thota Narasimham and Syed Ahmadulla.
