Even though the party is weak right now, with presence of GK Vasan and Vijayakanth, the party is expected to be the leading one. Right now parties have clearly understood that social media campaign matters a lot. DMK is the first party to begin social media campaign.
DMK Chief Karunanidhi even at 93 years stays active on social media. MK Stalin too has a separate Facebook page. Now Makkal Nala Kootani understood this and they too have taken a groupie and started a Facebook page. Vaiko who met media said, "For the first time, in history, DMK and ADMK are going to lose badly."
