A Delhi university student faced a very worst situation, as a group of men threw a semen filled balloon on her on February 24. Cops are currently trying to contact the girl to proceed with further investigation. Thought there was no formal complaint made on the issue, the girl had reportedly made an Instagram post, explaining the horrific incident of perversion, where she had detailed that a group of unidentified men threw the semen filled balloon.
The north east based girl had explained in her Instagram post that, she had went with her friend to a cafe in Amar colony market for lunch, and when she was returning in a rickshaw, she was hit with a liquid filled balloon, and when it burst open and spilled on to her dress, it was filling her black leggings white, and she could identify it to be semen only after returning to her hostel.
The girl further went on to add that
none in the market dared or cared to act against the men and catch them or help
the girl. The girl, with extreme sadness has also expressed that, ever since
she had come to the city, she had been bumped by many men, and she had been
touched inappropriately as well. Following this, extreme security measures were
made in Delhi University, on the eve of Holi celebrations.
