Former minister and tdp mla, ganta srinivasa rao who is looking suspicious ever since tdp lost in the recent elections may have got a good reason to leave the party. Ganta has supported the Three-Capitals plan proposed by chief minister YS Jagan mohan reddy defying the party line. The tdp leader said that as a resident of visakhapatnam he is welcoming the move of executive capital in Visakhapatnam.

He added that visakhapatnam is the fastest growing city in the country and it has the full potential and adequate infrastructure facilitates which are required for making it as executive capital. He also opined that all parts of the state will be equally developed if the state government follows the recommendations of the GN Rao Committee and that all districts will prosper only through decentralization.

However, Ganta added that the farmers who have given lands for the capital should be taken care of by the Government. tdp supporters themselves are in suspicion over Ganta's statement and they say this may be an indication that Ganta is leaving the party. But the problem is he may take away a few MLAs as well with him.
