There are reports coming in from New Delhi that the Group of Ministers is scheduled for a meeting on February 5th. With no chances of any kind of extension, sources say that the Home Ministry is silently preparing for all formalities to be done.
The ministry is scheduling for gathering all the 9000 amendments to the bill and chronicling it so that as and when January 31st deadline expires, the process for preparing the bill to be taken to parliament will commence anytime.
It is being said that since UPA government is determined to take the Telangana process forward, now nothing can stop the bill including the so called hopes that courts would intervene to stop Telangana formation. This is proving to be a losing game for the United AP seekers.
There are speculations that more amendments may be introduced into the bill and chances are there is still room for Rayala Telangana or Hyderabad as Union territory which may come as a surprise package. For that to be revealed, we have to wait for some more time.
