Hyderabad High Court rapped Telangana government once again. This time on the issue of Parliamentary secretaries issue. Congress MP Gutta Sukhender Reddy filed a complaint in the high court over giving cabinet rank to Parliamentary secretaries. The high court found fault with Telangana government on this issue and cancelled the appointments.
However Telangana government brought back them via other means with the issue reaching high court once again. However Telangana government is sitting on the issue by not filing counter in the last two adjournments. Till now three months were passed with out giving the counters.
The high court in today's hearing became serious on the government. The high court warned Telangana government that would be fined if the counter is not filed by the next hearing. This is not the first time Telangana government receiving brickbats from the courts. We will have to see how the government sees this!
