New Delhi: July has crossed but the vaccine shortage in the country has not gone away, said congress MP Rahul.


More than 40,000 COVID cases are reported in india daily. Medical experts say at least 60 per cent of people should have been vaccinated with two doses by december to prevent the 3rd wave. But rahul, a congress MP, continues to point out that there is a shortage of vaccines. On July 2, while posting a comment on social media, he said July had arrived, but the vaccine shortage wasn't over.

In this context, on august 01 he again commented on the shortage of vaccines. Adding a comment to this he said, July also had passed, but now we have few more problems when compared to a vaccine shortage. He also lashes the government with the hashtag "Where is the vaccine?"


The Union health minister Mansukh on sunday criticized former congress chief rahul Gandhi for doing "petty politics" with vaccine stocks in the country. The health minister criticized the congress chief after his comment on social media on the alleged shortage in vaccine stock. In his comment on sunday morning, rahul stated even though the period of July is over, the lack in vaccine supply perseveres.
