L Murugan, the Union home minister, paid a visit to tamil Nadu governor RN ravi today. On september 18, RN ravi was sworn in as the next governor of tamil Nadu. Since then, significant tamil Nadu political leaders have met with him on a formal basis and out of respect. On the 12th, tamil Nadu representatives from the tamil Nadu BJP, led by K. Annamalai, met with governor RN Ravi. They filed a plea stating that the state of law and order in tamil Nadu has worsened, and asking for an order to take necessary action in criminal cases involving DMK MPs.

Following that, chief minister Stalin met with governor RN ravi on the 13th. tamil Nadu has been granted permanent exemption from the NEET examination by a law passed by the Legislative Assembly. The governor is claimed to have been the main source of information about this. In conjunction with the recent arrests in tamil Nadu, the law and order situation in the state was also discussed with the National Intelligence Agency (NIA).

In this regard, Union home minister L. Murugan met with governor RN ravi at the Governor's house today (October 15) and discussed for almost half an hour. It is regarded to be an honourable gathering. However, it is believed that the meeting examined the law and order situation in tamil Nadu as well as the political scenario.
