Ban industries in Pakistan: UP blames pakistan for Pollution

The government of Uttar Pradesh has informed the supreme court that the UP industries are not the reasons behind the pollution in NCR and the air quality decreases in delhi and its nearby states only due to the polluted air from Pakistan. NV Ramana, the chief justice of india replied saying that do they have to ban industries in pakistan to reduce air pollution.

 Ranjith Kumar who is the senior advocate appeared for the UP government telling the court that the quality of air decreases due to waste from Pakistan. The operation window of eight hours is affecting many industries like milk and sugarcane industries in Uttar Pradesh. The UP counsel was advised by the CJI bench to go for the commission and decide the issue.

                                Earlier the supreme court had given a 24-hour deadline to take action in the rise of air pollution in delhi after the Commission for air quality management asked for the task force to take care of the situation in the NCR.

 
The court allowed the construction work of the hospital after hearing the steps taken in the 24 hours. The next pollution case of delhi and nearby states will be heard by the supreme court on december 10th, 2021.
