The management of singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) has decided to start implementing the 11th Wage Board wages right away. The new pay scale will be implemented for the staff on Monday. The adoption of the new pay scale will cost the management an additional Rs. 1000 crore annually, according to a press release released on Sunday. N Balaram, director of finance and personnel, said that 41,000 employees, managers, and other staff members will profit from the pay increase.

Tennis players will soon be able to use a synthetic grass court at the SCCL's Yellandu Club. On Monday, the officials and corporate director (PA&W, Finance) N Balram visited the tennis court that was still being built. According to him, measures should be done to ensure that participants and spectators have no trouble participating in and viewing the performances.
